  Art gallery, decent European bakery, grocery store and some interesting boutiques and fast food places around the outside of the building. Washrooms are clean. But there is a lot of empty space that needs to be filled.

  Up town Waterloo shops / mall is ok. The barbershop is real good, the game store is real good, and the Food store was good. The thing is that is all that is good as other places you spend a lot for things and plus the stores are not really that good. Yes it has a shoppers in it and their prices are good. A nice sports bar with high prices but it is not a place you can spend more then 30 to 60 min at. It is not big enough to be anything good. I find it has to grow 3x the size to start to be any place I will go to.
